As part of its industrial modernization journey, Axe JPH partnered with Teal to transform an aging control system into a modern, reliable, and high-performance Distributed Control System (DCS) platform.
This initiative aimed to strengthen operational continuity, improve system responsiveness, and provide operators with a safer, more ergonomic, and high-visibility control environment.
Upgrade the existing Distributed Control System (DCS) to the latest version to improve reliability, performance, and operational safety. The project scope included communication upgrades with other JPH entities and the deployment of six new operator consoles, providing an ergonomic and high-visibility workspace designed for continuous monitoring at the JPH Tower.
